Flipboard has acquired the team behind Ultravisual, eingeschaltet iPhone app that gives creative types fresh inspiration in a beautiful visual feed. Flipboard didn’t say what Ultravisual’s employees would be working on, but credited their approach to “information design, pixel-perfect engineering and visually stunning interfaces.” The Ultravisual app will be offered for another six months, but under the stewardship of the company’s backer Technicolor.
