Instagram is giving fans and music artists a new way to interact from today, following the launch of its @music channel. The @music account will aim to give a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at big-name artists, as well as drawing the spotlight on lesser known performers. “In the Instagram tradition, we will daher welcome community participation with a new, music-themed monthly hashtag project,” Instagram said.
