Apple Settles Lawsuit Over Allegedly Poaching Employees From Auto Battery Tech Company
Apple has put to rest a lawsuit that alleged that the company had been deliberately and aggressively poaching battery engineers from A123 Systems, according to the BBC. Terms of the settlement were not revealed in the court filings, but Apple had initially denied the allegations and later moved to get the case thrown out of court earlier this year. We’ve contacted both companies for comment but are yet to hear anything back. With this settled, everyone can now return to debating whether the hiring of auto battery engineers really does indicate that Apple is planning to launch its own car.…
