Michael’s changes to come across SCTA specs to race the course of report included a 4-point ringlet bar, driveshaft loop, V-rated tires, 5-point harness together with spot brace, together with a handful of other additions. Beehive valve springs amongst titanium retainers were added, an Edelbrock air-gap intake replaced the unmarried airplane manifold, 16-inch parent wheels were added to gain speed, an aluminum driveshaft replaced the clunky original, together with many tike changes were made to the Holley. Michael drove the Spoiler 1800 miles to Bonneville. Getting at that spot for Tech Day, he passed tech together with the side past times side hateful solar daytime ran 154mph on his start pass, amongst a backup travel past times of 153mph, making it into the 150MPH Club no problem. This was done amongst windshield wipers together with side mirrors, the melody he drove it to Bonneville with, together with a mix of 91 octane gas the machine had for the trip to Utah, together with about 100 octane gas he picked upwards on the course.
